Everyone here is so passionate about the clients and the company they represent and this shows in the great ideas they have. Everyones opinions are equal here and it's important to work as part of a team, so people who can voice their ideas and who are not afraid to get stuck in would do well here.

Interview Advice:

Straightforward answers about why you would be ideal for the role are always appreciated. Acknowledge your strengths and weaknesses - you can't be good at everything, and 3 Monkeys is a great place to nurture the skills you already have as well as learn new ones. Experience is valuable, but having a spark, showing your enthusiasm to get involved and showing you are capable of great ideas is important too.

While all current job placements are on the website, don't underestimate the power of a speculative letter.

3 Monkeys has a fantastic talent acquisition manager with an eye for those with the right skills and personality - he'll be sure to pick up the phone when the right opportunity comes up.

Interview Advice:

As a junior member of staff, the interview process is probably more about assessing how you will fit in with the team than your aptitude towards completely the job's day to day tasks.

They're looking for people who have something to say for themselves, would be fun to work with, and can work in a team filled with varied characters.
