What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It's all about your attitude - the programme requires you to make things happen for yourself. To self-motivate and go the extra mile on your own determination. You just have to be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Do you have any interview tips?
Standard stuff. Assessment centre consisted of roleplay, interview, presentation, group work. However a lot of information was given to you throughout the day and lots of information chnage so you had to show you could adapt and be spontaneous on the fly.
