What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I would advice them to research the company, particularly the part of the business you are applying to join. As Capita is such a big company it is important to know more about what it does at a group level as well as the business inside Capita that you are planning to join.
Do you have any interview tips?
I would recommend they research the business analyst role to understand how it fits in the delivery and IT solution. I would also recommend having an example of where you have demonstrated good time management skills as that is a vital competence required to be a business analyst.
