What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you give a true representation of yourself - if you don't, it will become obvious at interview anyway!
Also, make sure you practice the numerical and verbal tests online before you sit them. With a bit of practice they're not that tricky, but if you go into them cold, then the time pressure can make them seem harder than they are.
Do you have any interview tips?
Think CODE. This will form the basis of every question (and therefore answer)! A good exercise is to have a think prior to the interviews of 2/3 great examples for each competency that can be easily adapted to fit the question. However, make sure you are actually answering the question!
