What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

GE values people who have strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and team working skills. In addition to it excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical problems clearly and able to relate to a non-technical audience is essential if you were to apply for Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP). Always seek to develop these skills through work experience, voluntary activities and University course. These skills will stand out in the CV and job application process.
