What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be prepared to work. You need to have a good work ethic and need to be target driven in order to succeed. You can't be afraid to ask questions and have to throw yourself into it.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be prepared to do role plays - lots of them. Presentations. Also will do practical assessments as well - talking to candidates and on the phone. Be confident (Even if you're not). Be prepared to sell yourself - it is a sales job so that's what they are expecting.
