What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Don't under sell yourself although you may look at your CV and think 'I don't have anything that relates to banking' you do! Banking is all about customer service and supporting businesses to thrive. If you have worked in retail, behind a bar you have provided a service, remember to pull examples in.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself be an individual and when in the assessment centre don't see the other people as competition, as if you are what the bank wants they will offer you a place on the scheme.
