Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000
Current salary: £15,000 - £17,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Not to worry about the interview process and to ask questions if you want to know anything, it shows that you are willing to learn and shows interest during tours and interviews. Ask the former apprentices their experiences as they went through the same or similar process to you. Make sure you already have references and CV ready, they will check these to be able to issue SE clearance.
Do you have any interview tips?
Don't panic and don't come across very shy. They want people to be open and be able to talk. Helps with learning things and helps to network with people in the business to complete work and gain knowledge. Ask about the area if not local as it shows interest in relocation or general interest in the local surroundings.
