What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Work hard on your cover letter- they like to see that you genuinely want to be part of the firm and it's easy to spot a copy/paste job.
Make sure and emphasize that you want to work in a small trainee intake and that you can handle the pressure.
Do you have any interview tips?
Work on your answers but don't just say what you think the interviewer wants to hear. The office in London is small, so the most important thing you can demonstrate is that you are friendly and approachable and can (and want!) to work in a collegiate atmosphere.
