Application Advice:

Simply invest some time in it and believe in success. Answer the questions with the right focus and obviously allowing yourself enough time to do it. I know there are a lot of other applications waiting to be prepared in submitted but it is better to do one excellent than 2 average.

Interview Advice:

Be yourself, treat others with respect and be curious - at the end of the day you're "interviewing" the company as well so do ask your questions. You want to know who you'll be working for...right?
