What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Relax. So long as the process hasn't changed, you aren't being graded against each other. The atmosphere is generally quite relaxed because of this. The interviewers read from scripts, so the same applies to them.
Do you have any interview tips?
There were four sections the the assessment center, including a presentation, a group discussion, an interview and a short written exercise.
