1.0 Make sure you know your strengths and weaknesses so that you can develop those areas of weakness.

1.0 ensure you have done you research about the company and understand it's position compared to its competitors.
2.0 I f you want to succed in an interview, I would definitely recemmond to write down typical interview questions and rehearse them to gain confidence and know what it is you want to say. You should not sound rehearsed during the interview however. Such questions could be:
-Why you would want to work for us?
-What can you bring to our company?
-How would you go about explaining a complex problem in simple terms?what would be your approach?
-If someone is not contributing to a team work how would you fix this issue?
3.0 You must know every detail about your CV and be prepared to answer any questions asked.
