What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I would advise reading about the company on the dedicated Graduate Website as there is alot of information on there to help you really understand what the job is about. Also talk to people in stores as everyone I have dealt with has been passionate and willing to share advise and stories about their time within the company.
Do you have any interview tips?
When I was applying for the job I went out into the market and researched the competition and visited as many TK maxx and Homesense stores as I could to get a real feel for what we stood for and where we sat in the retail market and then shared that information throughout the interview process.
