Application Advice:

Be sharp on your numerical, logical and verbal reasoning skills. Just be yourself. At the assessment centre, allow yourself to mix with others without trying to show off but instead support the other candidates there, you are not competing.

Interview Advice:

Just be yourself, believe me the people interviewing you are very chilled out and relaxed. Forget it's an interview and talk to them like you would an office colleague you have known for a while.
