What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be yourself! Boots is a company that wouldn't work for everybody - it attracts like minded people. There is an emphasis on do what is right for you, having spoken to the CEO he is keen for everybody to be happy and that doesn't necessarily mean Boots for everyone. Accept that everyone is different and do what is right for you.
If you choose that to be Boots, then the company will support you more than you can imagine which is fantastic.
It is important for this application to be personable and sociable. The skills you require for the role will be developed once you are within the company but a personality fit is essential to work well with others.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be prepared.
The interview is more of an informal chat around your CV so don't worry about that part at all as the interviewers were all lovely and put you at ease.
For the negitotation task and pain relief assessment task, you will need to prep before. Make sure you have a wider business knowledge as well but make sure it is a genuine interest and not just reading to sound like you've swotted up.
