Application Advice:
Focus your application on Innocent's values - being such a values-led business it is really important to show how you embody these.
Interview Advice:
Be really natural in the interview but make sure that you are prepared. Mostly the questions are competency based but they also ask questions which really make you think and challenge your character.
Talk to people on the interview/assessment centre and ask lots of questions - they are choosing you but you also need to find out as much as you can and be inquisitive.

Application Advice:
3 years is probably the longest scheme that a person could opt into doing - I would say that being sure that the organisation fits with your personality, working style and interests is the most important thing. There is a lot of variation which means there are a lot of things you can learn, but there are common threads that link them all up so identifying those and making sure that there are things within in each role that will energise you is important.
Interview Advice:
The values are genuinely at the centre of what we do here, there will be a lot of challenges as to whether ideas fit with them. Go back to these frequently, link your answers to them and show how you can interpret them in different ways and in different situations.

Be natural and honest; your attitude and approach to challenges are valued just as much, if not more, than your experience.

The smart questions are there to test how you tackle a problem; explaining the logic behind the steps you are taking and your approach to problem solving is more important than the final answer you give.
