What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
3 years is probably the longest scheme that a person could opt into doing - I would say that being sure that the organisation fits with your personality, working style and interests is the most important thing. There is a lot of variation which means there are a lot of things you can learn, but there are common threads that link them all up so identifying those and making sure that there are things within in each role that will energise you is important.
