Commercial awareness is key.
They just want to see how you think so it does not matter if you have not thought about an issue before, as long as you can think about it coherently then.

Application Advice:
The phrase commercial awareness is bandied about frequently and is extremely important. It means reading a newspaper, or several. I recommend The Economist, The Financial Times and then one or two of the mainstream national press (preferably with opposing focuses).
Commercial awareness isn't just about business knowledge it is to do with thinking about the world in a business like way.
Interview Advice:
The interview was very straightforward, I suggest having the details of your CV and application form at your fingertips and to have kept up with the news. I found the broader questions asked were about very contemporary issues in the press.
