What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Have an international outlook and a willingness to complete an international secondment.
Be well-rounded with an enthusiasm to learn, an interest in the work you are doing but with the ability to socialise and get on with your team.
Do you have any interview tips?
Commercial awareness is key.
They just want to see how you think so it does not matter if you have not thought about an issue before, as long as you can think about it coherently then.
Relevant work experience is something to bring about and make sure you can communicate what you have learnt from your experience effectively.
