Apply and get in their quick! I am on the most recent year of grads which had the most applicants since the grad scheme started, there are only a few spaces available and showing your eager and enthusiastic about the scheme is a great way to get noticed!
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself would be my best advice and in this I mean let your personality come across, a large amount of the application process is set up to allow you to get your personality across so be as open and honest as possible. BHS are constantly looking for new ideas for enthusiastic and focussed people to run with these.
