Do you have any interview tips?

Practice beforehand, the more you practice the better and more confident on the day.

I had material (i.e. portfolio comprising of a Paper article I had written and some uni design work I had done) that I gave to the interviewers to try to showcase myself and make me stand out from everyone else.

Learn the engineering material before you go into interview. I was interviewing for a gas turbine engine role. I didnt have to know in detail how a gas turbine engine works but I was expected to show a good understanding of the basic physics and engineering behind the major parts.
