What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be open and honest and try and convey your personality within the applicaiton and your CV. The candidates, from my experience, taken on by Taylor Wimpey are not simply accademics with an A* track record but are a mixture of more rounded individuals which show intelect as well as charisma and competence for management.
