What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
- Enjoyable and challenging work on a day-to-day basis.
- Great colleagues in the teams that are always willing to teach/support you.
- Great work culture/environment. Makes people feel welcome and valued.
- Lots of opportunities to travel abroad for different reasons, e.g., have meetings, learning sessions, meet team members etc.
Worst
- For my team specifically, there are periods throughout the year that are incredibly busy and can be overwhelming at times.
- It takes a while to settle into the role because the tasks are complicated and difficult to understand initially.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £33,000 - £35,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be completely honest about your skills, hobbies etc. Write any relevant experience on the CV.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be open and honest about weaknesses (if asked), where you want to develop. For example, I had to present to the interviewers about the company and some problems that I should look to solve. When I was asked questions at the end I could not answer them and honestly admitted this.
