What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Best things about my job is the freedom within the role. As an access planner I get to go out on surveys which allows me to have time away from the office. I like being able to be practical as well as being able to work from the office.
Worst
The worst thing about my role is that it can be challenging at times. Every order is different and you can come across some challenges but it really helps when learning.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Virgin Media look for people who have a bubbly personality, are good with customers and that can work as a team. My advice for applying would be to make sure you add a lot of detail about the person you are.
Do you have any interview tips?
Virgin Media like people to be themselves. My advice would be to explore out your comfort zone and show your true personality.
