Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
My advice would be to be prepared, confident and not be afraid to be yourself. Virgin Media focus a lot on who they hire as a person as its an apprenticeship and so most of the necessary skills you will learn during the apprenticeship.
Do you have any interview tips?
My interview advice is to try to relax and again be yourself. Think ahead trying to predict what may be asked so you won't be caught off guard. They just want to see what you're like and who you are and to get the best answers from you and the best from you altogether.
