The people are all extremely helpful, and willing to give up time to help you when you are struggling.
Worst
Certain times of the year/ month can be much busier than others. During the busy times it can be stressful as the workload increases.

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

Have a clean and simple CV, that's filled out with unnecessary stuff to make it look longer/ more impressive.
