The work itself is interesting and always varied.
No 2 days are the same.

Can be fairly stressful trying to keep on top of all targets.

Starting salary: £0 - £12,000
Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Virgin will fully provide all training so you don't really need a background in this type of job. As long as you come across as someone who is keen and willing to learn .
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview consisted of a team exercise, an interview and a practical test. The interview is where you need to show your eagerness to learn and improve. During the practical assessment I think they are not so concerned with how fast you work as opposed to how well you work.
