What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I enjoy the challenging work as you are always learning something new. Team members who have been here longer are happy to help and answer questions, and even they ask questions and still gain new knowledge everyday. I really enjoy the problem solving nature of it!

Worst

There is not always clear guidelines to follow so can sometimes end in disputes as to what is correct or you just have to trust your own judgement.

Do you have any interview tips?

The questions asked in the interview were not really knowledge based, I feel like the aim of the questions were to see your personality traits and skills. Therefore my advice is to really just be yourself and relax ! If you pretend to be something your not or put on an act they will definitely be able to tell.

Some questions would be based on past experiences so ' tell us a time when' type of questions. Therefore its important to be prepared with some general examples of times you have performed well in previous roles.

Also we had a group task which was actually quite fun, its very important that you talk during the group task and put forward ideas but also listen and give others a chance to speak. Its not always the ones shouting over everyone and trying to take the lead that have the best ideas.
