What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
To put relationships before task (where appropriate). To be honest and genuinely nice. To be interested in what people say and don't be afraid to challenge, just ensure it's done in a constructive way.

Look at the website, there's a lot of relevant information. Also look on sites like TheJobCrowd, it will provide an idea of to what expect.
Definitely learn about the off-price model.
Other useful things to know are; ways you challenged the status quo, any projects you have headed up, being able to talk about a product (seasonality, commerciality, what does the brand mean? who does it appeal too etc).
Be prepared to talk about yourself, it's fine to talk about something that didn't work out as you had expected. However, make sure you know what you would've done differently.
