What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

If you want good development opportunities, you're looking in the right place. People like to see each other succeed.
Everyone who works in the organisation is here for a reason. That is because they care about people, they care about justice.
When writing your application, give examples for everything... We like evidence. These examples don't have to be anything amazing, just something to show you can meet their criteria. Also look up the FCA cultural characteristics - USE THEM IN YOUR APPLICATION - give examples which relate to them (they're on the FCA website).

Do you have any interview tips?

My advice would be to be confident, and not to worry too much at the interview. I was so nervous, but when I got here I was made to feel very comfortable and I felt as if I was treated as an equal. I felt that I would fit in!
Research... Have a look into what the organisation does as a whole, also make sure you read up about the department you are applying for.
Look up competency based interviews, you'll be able to find basic questions online... or ask someone to help you... practice is key!
