Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Work hard and be open to the different options and perspectives. Work as a team and always follow procedure. Nothing is so important that we cannot take the time to do it safely!! (correct procedure/method, correct PPE, correct health, etc)

Understand the difference between a job and a career. We are given this opportunity as this is something we are passionate about and hope to progress in. This is not just a job to pass time or to get you by.
