What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Flexible working - opportunities to work from home, the main office or the site depending on what suits you and your job role. Breaks when it suits you no designated time to take them.

Internal progression is encouraged - personal development plans are set in place to get you to where you want to be, training will never be declined within reason. If you want to develop a skill which will assist your job role it will be supported.

Incredible people - everyone who works for the company is approachable and willing to help, making for a great site/office atmosphere.

Great benefits - "You day" alongside your annual holiday allowance to use whenever you need for whatever you need no questions asked. Private Medical Care is available to sign up for, as well as wellbeing support.

Worst

Some very long hours occasionally however this is made up for with a Friday afternoon off etc or whatever is arranged with your line manager.

Longer hours than the typical 9-5 role, usually 7-7:30 start and 4:30-5:30 finish.

Long travel time to the site etc depending on your location and Job.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Current salary: £23,000 - £25,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Research ISG before hand to relly get an understanding of the morals of the business - it's all on the website. This will allow you to clearly understand the questions and be able to apply them to examples of your own life - tell them what you gained from these experiences, there's nothing wrong with making a mistake if you learn from it!

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself! Show your personality through the interview stages they want to see what kind of person you are and how you will come across when working with the site teams. The interviews are conducted by a range of job rolls as well as the actual peers you will be working with. Get involved in group tasks when required they want to see how you collaborate with others. Ask lots of questions about your interviewer's experiences in the industry etc, to get a good understanding of what you're applying to.
