What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Keep yourself open to new opportunities and remember that any experience is good experience! In my opinion, an apprenticeship is definitely the best route to take to get into the industry and given the commitment, the world is your oyster!
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself throughout the interview process; it will really shine through! With apprenticeships, in particular, there is a larger focus on the willingness of the candidate to learn than the experience that you already have. That said, a little bit of research into practices that you would be expected to perform goes a long way and will convey your interest to the interview panel.
