What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself, don't pretend you're something you're not as the environment at Sky isn't for everybody. Make sure you emphasise your personal brand and own it, as being yourself is a massive part of being successful in Sky.

Be prepared for anything. Think of situations when you have been working as part of a team, been in a difficult situation and also where you have shown leadership skills.
