What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
- Flexibility. I get to work on several different sites as well as in the office so I never get bored.
- Site environments are so diverse and there is always new stuff to watch and learn
Worst
- Commutes can be long at times. I highly recommend having a car prior to starting as it allows you to go to so many more sites. If you can't drive, you can be limited to a couple of jobs.
- Can be a lot of screen time but we have plenty of breaks and periods to get away from the screens

Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
- Try get some work experience in the industry (ISG do offer work experience)

- Be enthusiastic and curious as this is a big must
- Online interview involves a group and individual scenario situation. You get given a situation and some potential solutions. You then present back what you deem to be the most ideal and why
- When they ask you questions be genuine, you can ask for more time to think or if you don't know then just say
