What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Every time I turn up to work it feels like I have learnt something worthwhile and also enjoyable. It always feels like you learn something new every day at work. Also, one of the the best things for me is being able to directly link the technical knowledge from my courses to the work I am already doing and figuring out the exact context behind all of it. This also makes learning easier in my opinion.

Worst

Sometimes, because the company is so big it can be hard to figure out exactly who you need to be talking to when certain tasks need completing. Finding this out can be easy or difficult in different situations but this can delay tasks when you cannot figure out who to work with.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure that you are honest with your CV, that you have included relevant information/experience to the job role, anything that may make you stand out, education, previous achievements, best traits etc.

Do you have any interview tips?

For the interview I had to prepare and give a presentation based on the biggest factors that would impact a businesses' mid term planning budgets. This was in addition to the usual questions that you are asked in most interviews. Make sure to take your time before answering the questions, do not just ramble before thinking. If there is a question that you do not know, admit that and be honest and most certainly try to learn from it at the end.
