What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

- Given large amounts of responsibility, requiring time-management, accountability, and
effective communication.
- Opportunities to travel around the country and engage with stakeholders.
- A very encouraging and supportive environment, with support being available just
around the corner.
- A very good work life balance using the 4 day system.

Worst

- Occasionally individuals who are less receptive to sacrificing time to assist with personal
and professional development.
- During the on-boarding stage of the apprenticeship there was often little work available,
with an unclear structure on what was required of us, and where we would be working.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be prepared that there is a big difference from education and the working environment, requiring you to be adaptable.
