Best

The experience, support and opportunity to engage with the clients. We are also encouraged to be entrepreneurial and add value to the project and programmes where possible.

Worst

The pressure can at times be a lot, but then for me, that helps motivate me to push on.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000
