What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
In terms of the workplace it is definitely the people/environment I work in. More job-focused, being set tasks on different time scales for certain deadlines e.g. daily, weekly, periodically, and having the freedom to manage your own time effectively in order to get tasks done. The investigative and creative aspect of the job is enjoyable as well as it is very rewarding working your way around a problem to the solution.
Worst
Some repetitive admin that is a security necessity.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you are confident in your IT and Maths skills specifically.
