What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I would say it would be good to get some previous work experience in the industry but if you haven't, as long as you show your interest in the industry and highlight that you have transferrable skills this is fine. Also just be completely honest and complete all stages of the application process authentically.
Do you have any interview tips?
Definitely do your research on the company, especially the projects that Sisk are working on. Most importantly though I believe that showing your interest in the career you have chosen is most important alongside having transferrable skills for the situational questions you may be asked.
