Working with people in the office, able to build relationships easily that way

Sometimes team is split across cities, only communication possible through Teams / phone / email... not the same as spending time in the same room as someone, especially when first joining a company.

Be yourself, and sell yourself. The key things are around who you are / what type of person you are, rather than previous jobs or experience.

Pay special attention to the company's Purpose and Values... these are key to the application and interview process. Try and be relaxed and be yourself. Interview process is usually an assessment day with group task, individual task and presentation, before 1-2-1 interview.
