What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The best things are the responsibilities given and being able to manage your own packages.
I like the people I work with.
It's very local in London, so easy to get to.
Worst
The hours are fairly long, especially if you enjoy a good work/home life balance.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I suggest researching the company a lot and integrate its values into your application questions.
Having experience in construction is not necessary, however, do explain why construction is interesting to you.
Do you have any interview tips?
There is a case study interview, where you are asked questions based off of a case study.
There is a group exercise where you work together on planning (no prior knowledge or planning is needed).
There is an individual interview where general interview questions were asked.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE DONE RESEARCH ON THE COMPANY AND ITS VALUES.
