What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
I like my freedom to complete my work in my own way and the trust given. I also enjoy planning and organising.
Worst
Sometimes time management is difficult due to use of public transport however Sisk are fairly reciprocal - if you do your work you will not be penalised for occasional lateness

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000
Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Reach out to build the best network you can, ask for opportunities such as site visits or voluntary shadowing experience to gain the best picture you can of the company, which you can then feed back in your interview.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself, you are allowed to be nervous. Take your time and be purposeful with your words - don't rush to give an answer immediately. I was asked what attracted me to the company and the role - try to think outside the box and explain one tangible and one intangible aspect that you like. Don't be scared to have a laugh, show that you are human. You will be asked to explain one of your flaws and what you do to get around it. Think about this before you are interviewed.
