What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Helping clients understand their affairs is a rewarding feeling, identifying efficiencies which can be applied to your clients is always great too. Having a fully qualified team around you while you study is great as well, it makes me feel that I always have someone to turn to with queries.
Worst
The main kicker is managing time around exam times, the team are always on hand to help though.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000
Current salary: £29,000 - £31,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be authentic and show that you are willing to put in the effort required to take the most out of the role. Don't be afraid if you don't have prior experience since anything you've done previously can be used constructively in the Firm.
Do you have any interview tips?
Research the role and the Firm. You will likely be asked what you know about the qualification you're undertaking too. If you don't complete the assessment centre task easily then don't worry either, it is just a measure to see where you are currently at in terms of Excel literacy.
