What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Communication with trades and growing strong relations with them. This makes day to day work far easier and makes the site run smoothly.

Worst

Trades that demand payment the day after invoicing as this causes conflict and could also result in other invoices from other trades becoming outstanding and causes further conflict with other trades.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000

Current salary: £15,000 - £17,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be confident in what you are applying for, research into what the job role is and what you will have to do on a day to day basis and think if you would enjoy doing that.
It would also be good to have some construction experience as this will be very handy in this job role.

I was asked a lot of my knowledge of the job and how I knew what I knew about the job role.
Furthermore, I was asked a lot about my experience of construction and what I knew about what happens on site such as foundations, substructure brickwork, cavity walls, lintels and trusses.
