multiple people that will aid you in working with others with greater knowledge and experience to help you build yourself into your job roles when i first started
Worst
a lot of people have left and now workload has increased and being exposed to new experiences to build on learning and knowledge is restricted as i have been moved more into a commercial assistant role

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £39,000 - £41,000
