The wide access to technology on site. There's all sorts of different kit that you could spend a lifetime learning about

The area Thames covers is huge, making travel sometimes tedious when having to go to far away sites

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be confident in what you already know about engineering. It might not be a lot, but showing an interest in the knowledge you have and showing you're passionate about it will put you miles ahead.
Do you have any interview tips?
The Thames interviewers aren't scary. They want to know what you are like as a person aswell as your technical experience. Try to relax and show your true colours
