Best

Working in a team of supportive colleagues who look out for each other.
Getting to contribute towards helping people and working for a company that cares about the health of others.

Worst

With the current Covid situation I miss face to face interaction with my colleagues.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000

Do you have any interview tips?

I would say understand why you want to do the role and what you are aiming to gain out of it. Is it something you have an interest in? And perhaps in advance, evaluate what qualities you have that would benefit working in this role and any relevant experience you have to apply this.
An obvious one would be is the think in advance of questions you might like to ask the potential employer at the end of the interview (prepare maybe 2 or 3 at least).
Make sure you have an understanding of the organisation and what they do and of course, (this goes without saying) the role you are applying for.
