Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

The application is thorough, just be honest and true to yourself! There was a video interview which I'd never done before, and it is unusual to come across them, so bear in mind that most employers know that you may not have done this before and so don't force it! Just be yourself.

Do you have any interview tips?

It was an all day assessment center which was new to me, but it was so great. There was a group activity with the individual interviews being done throughout the day. The main thing would be just being true to yourself. If you're there all day, it gives the employer a really good insight into how you would work in the job role, and so being yourself is the best way to showcase your skills.
