What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

gave me a good over view of the other teams within my department and helped me gain a wider knowledge of them. i like the variety within my team and there was different roles i could complete on different days

Worst

phone calls could be quite intense at the beginning but did help with my knowledge and confidence

some days the roles such as post could become quite repetitive

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Current salary: £23,000 - £25,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

make it clear and concise. don't over load it.

Do you have any interview tips?

be professional but be yourself, i was very nervous during mine and even said that.showing your personality lets them know if you would be a good fit for the role. Ask questions, i asked what staff turnover was like, gave me a good idea of what the work environment would be like.
